Building relationships with Landstar Agents is key to your business earning top revenue. That relationship is built during the steps between the shipper and the receiver. The Landstar Agent is your customer! Keeping them updated on what is happening with THEIR CUSTOMER’S load will ensure that they come back to you when they need capacity. We teach you how to answer their questions BEFORE they ask them and help you build habits that ensure you can build and maintain lasting relationships with Agents.

When you are operating a business, you must know every cost. You cannot accurately negotiate with a customer if you don’t know what it costs to operate your business. We have a proven system that we will share with you that will help you build the habits necessary to ensure that you will always know, to-the-penny what it costs to operate your equipment.

MAINTENANCE

You are operating an expensive asset that must be kept in working order so that you can keep the promises you make to customers and avoid unnecessary breakdowns. Our maintenance program will teach you about the systems of your truck and give you the knowledge to navigate Preventative Maintenance and avoid being overcharged for repairs when they are required.

DISPATCH SERVICES

Our management team includes experienced dispatchers that know how to achieve maximum revenue. We can get you started on Day One with top revenue from our existing relationships with Agents. We know where to go (and where not to go) to make sure you can get the maximum amount of revenue available.

Dispatch fee is 5% of GROSS revenue, paid on your settlement day by Comcheck until you cancel

90 DAY ANALYSIS

If you’re an existing BCO, we will look over your previous 90 days of settlements and Card Activity Statements and give you an in depth analysis of the health of your business and areas that can be improved upon to make sure you’re making the most profit available.

90 Day Analysis Fee: $250. One time Fee

ACCOUNTING SET UP:

We have custom spreadsheets available to help you track your loads and expenses that will ensure that you’re always able to keep up with the cost of your operation. We can help you set up Quickbooks or Profit Gauges so that you can have all of your number available for your accountant come tax time.

Accounting Fee: $79.99/month or $250 One Time Setup Fee
