We are primarily a TRAINING and MENTORING fleet for people who want to learn how to be a BCO and operate at the highest level of Landstar

Important Note: We do NOT have any trucks with automatic transmissions. We cannot hire anyone with an automatic transmission restriction on their license.
Our program is 18 months and is geared towards the first-time owner/operator buying their first truck.
We have very high standards of conduct for communication and on-time performance.
